How do i renew or obtain my warranty?

Used Caravan Warranty
To be purchased before caravan is delivered.
Covers pre-loved caravans up to 10 years old for term durations of either 12, 24, or 36 months from delivery.
What is covered?
✓ All electrical & mechanical components.
✓ Entertainment and multimedia systems as well as their connected equipment.
✓ Wear and tear of covered components
✓ Repair costs for shower trays, GRP fiberglass, and plastic panels up to £500.
✓ Can be transferred to a new private owner.
✓ Coverage for up to 90 consecutive days in any 12 months of cover while in the European Union.
✓ Coverage for recovery charges.
✓ Hotel expenses or rail fare costs in the event of a valid mechanical breakdown claim.
✓ Self-levelling systems & electronic stability control.
✓ Cover for water ingress and floor delamination until the caravan reaches 10 years old.
New Caravan Extended Warranty
To be purchased before caravan is 3 years old.
Covers the caravan for the 36 months following the expiration of the Bailey 3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.
What is covered?
✓ All electrical & mechanical components.
✓ Entertainment and multimedia systems as well as their connected equipment.
✓ Wear and tear of covered components
✓ Repair costs for shower trays, GRP fiberglass, and plastic panels up to £500.
✓ Can be transferred to a new private owner.
✓ Coverage for up to 90 consecutive days in any 12 months of cover while in the European Union.
✓ Coverage for recovery charges.
✓ Hotel expenses or rail fare costs in the event of a valid mechanical breakdown claim.
✓ Self-levelling systems & electronic stability control.
What is not covered?
✗ Cover for water ingress and floor delamination until the caravan reaches 10 years old.
New Caravan Extended Bodyshell Integrity Warranty
To be purchased before caravan is 6 months old.
Extends the Bailey 6-Year Bodyshell Integrity Warranty by a further 48 months, totaling 10 years in cover.
What are the benefits?
✓ Extended for a further 4 years of cover.
✓ Protection for any structural degradation to the bodyshell..
✓ Cover for water ingress through any permanently sealed seams or joints.
✓ Covers repair costs of any defects in exterior panels which allow water to penetrate to the interior.
✓ Can be transferred to a new private owner.
✓ Can be transferred to a new private owner.
Used Campervan / Motorhome Extended Warranty
To be purchased before campervan/motorhome is delivered.
Covers pre-loved campervans/motorhomes up to 10 years old for term durations of either 12, 24, or 36 months from delivery.

How do I access EvoUniti?
Once you have followed the instructions in your welcome and login email.
You can visit EvoUniti 24/7 365 using your logins on the portal link below.

How do we re-print a policy schedule and documentation
To make re-print policy documents, go to the completed sales area within your portal and locate the policy you wish to view.
- Click 'Documents' on said policy
- You will see a full list of documentation for said policy
- Click 'download' on the document you wish to load
The documentation will then be on your device for you to print or email.
When will the customer recieve their documents?
The customer will be sent their policy documents via email within 15-30 minutes of making the sale.
If they are unable to locate their documents, please check the spam / Junk folder.
Please note: we will only use the customer email address entered when purchasing the policy.

How do I obtain a copy invoice?
All invoices will be sent via email on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Please double check your email junk folder.

How do we pay for the policy invoice?
If you pay via Direct Debit, collection will be taken on the 1st or 15th of the following month.
If you pay via invoice, all payment options and terms will be outlined on your invoice each month.
