Excellent. Needed to claim for a new steering rack. Process was quick and straightforward. MBG were excellent in handling the claim. Have renewed the warranty based on my claim experience. Highly recommend for peace of mind.

Unbelievably speedy response. Well done MB&G: Unbelievably speedy response to my breakdown claim: claim sent to MB&G on Friday at 17.55 and email to confirm the claim had been accepted at 10.00am on Monday. If only other companies could do this it would make life so much easier for many people.

I would highly recommend MB&G Insurance having recently experienced an extremely expensive repair on my Mercedes, MB&G Insurance covered 85% of the cost. The customer service was really good. Both Vincent Hutchinson and Christopher Allen, were really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. They helped with clarity right from the start to finish.
