Value for Money and Quality Service I’ve always been a bit sceptical about warranties especially having been caught by a car one which wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. However our caravan is our pride and joy and we want to take care of it so. MB&G had covered the initial purchase warranty and so when they asked if we wanted to extend the terms and cost were very reasonable. They gave plenty of time to for me to consider and even a little bit of grace and we decided to take it for peace of mind. As part of the annual service some considerable damp has been found and this had us truly worried. We had taken damp cover as part of our warranty but were worried that like with previous warranties there may be a loophole. Fortunately for us MB&G have been absolutely faultless and stepped up to the plate. They have covered the costs of the works in line with the warranty and we can look forward to having the van repaired and enjoying our van again once lockdown is over! Thank you MB&G and in particular Jeff Johnson for your support. I would certainly not hesitate to take cover with them again.
