We were unfortunate enough to have our pride and joy Knaus Caravan stolen in June. I am writing this review in appreciation of the exemplary service tha MBG Insurance provided. Their process was simple, providing a single point of contact and an easy method of uploading my documents and evidence of theft. They provided the exact cover that I had paid for and didn’t add to the drama and sleepless nights. I wish I could say the same for the other well known insurance company who had covered the van contents. It has been a very stressful experience but this company went above and beyond to minimise it. They are obviously experienced and have brought this sorry episode in our lives to a speedy conclusion – well done all of you and thankyou.
