MB&G Insurance handled my claim very quickly and I was very pleased with the way they dealt with the claim as it was complicated by the first company that was to make the repair. I found that the first company I approached to make the repair was going to do it incorrectly. I approached MB&G with my concerns and they immediately agreed that I could change repairer, which I did and the work was done. MB&G gave the go ahead in very good time and with no fuss. This whole process was also dealt with in the midst of COVID-19 and I could not be happier with the way everything was dealt with. Thank you! Especially Vincent Hutchinson.
