These people are really helpful and actually pay up. I needed a new clutch for my motorhome on a bank holiday in Belgium. MB&G helped sort it out and got me a hire car while the work was being done. A couple of years later I needed some damp sorting out and again they were excellent. Over the years I have had Motorhomes which have had problems, all taken care of by MG&B with no problems. One with fridge / freezer failure and was replaced with new. Next I had gear selector problem in France and van was taken to a garage and repaired. I think they handled everything with professionalism and couldn’t fault them. Incredible Service thank you My motorhome developed a fault with the boiler and fresh water sensor. Having phoned MB&G Insurance they said that it appeared to be covered and to book it in with a motorhome service centre. Having taken the vehicle in, it was diagnosed and the faults reported to MB&G who contacted me the same afternoon to say that the claim had been accepted in full and that they would settle the invoice direct with the repairer. I have a motorhome and took the Gold Motorhome policy out after my manufacture warranty expired after two years. So since then I have paid three years of premiums. Well insurance claims are a bit like a London bus, you wait ages and in my case three come along at once. Yes my MH has been laid up for six months due to the Winter and Covid lock down. Then go to use it in March 2021 when allowed and its one thing after another that goes wrong. Claims put into the company all agreed within a couple of hours.

We recently had an element fail in our motorhomes boiler. Replacement costs are very expensive, but a claim to MB&G soon removed the pain.
A very efficient claims process, and prompt payout.
Only slight concern was the repairers hourly rate was £80 and MB&G only pay about £45 an hour. Our repair cost was mainly parts, so not a big issue, but a labour intensive repair would have left us out of pocket.

Replacement gap policy on a used car. Claim process was pretty straight forward. It got more complicated when they were unable to find a vehicle replacement as they stopped making my engine in the same model, well they do but they took the engine (3.0tdi V6 272bhp) out of a Audi A4 and put it into a Audi A4 S4 with a more enhanced power. I was told as they don’t make the same car anymore they offered to settle at invoice price plus 10%. I wasn’t happy with this as they didn’t take into consideration the specification of my car which had a lot of extras, after disputing this they was happy to look at a the higher trim level to get as close as possible. I was also told it can take upto 5 working days to hear back as it would need to be referred to an underwriter as the payment is over £15,000. Took 9 working days to hear back, claim started 19th May and concluded on 17th June. Happy with the result in the end however I feel it took longer than needed, had this not been the case I would have given 5 stars. Thank you Maggie and Liam for all your help.

Great company never had an issue; I have used MB&G for purchases from both dreams and oak furniture land. So far I have made 2 claims for dreams to have a dipped mattress replaced same make both times and both times a claim was honoured (changed make of mattress second time) and I have just had to make a third claim with oak furniture land. First time I spilt a reed diffuser onto my dressing table and after one engineers visit it was deemed unrepairable and replaced and the other two claims are for my coffee table that’s been chewed by my puppy. The first time was a fixable repair done very swiftly and looked amazing. This time however it’s irreparable but again all claims handled efficiently and quickly and not an issue to raise with them at all. All claims done using their online form and the rest handled via email

Painless! Notified by A&E Leisure that there was a damp problem. In less than 12 hours approval for work to be carried out under warranty was given. Caravan went in for remedial work, 10 days later I had it back! No complaints at all!

Value for Money and Quality Service I’ve always been a bit sceptical about warranties especially having been caught by a car one which wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. However our caravan is our pride and joy and we want to take care of it so. MB&G had covered the initial purchase warranty and so when they asked if we wanted to extend the terms and cost were very reasonable. They gave plenty of time to for me to consider and even a little bit of grace and we decided to take it for peace of mind. As part of the annual service some considerable damp has been found and this had us truly worried. We had taken damp cover as part of our warranty but were worried that like with previous warranties there may be a loophole. Fortunately for us MB&G have been absolutely faultless and stepped up to the plate. They have covered the costs of the works in line with the warranty and we can look forward to having the van repaired and enjoying our van again once lockdown is over! Thank you MB&G and in particular Jeff Johnson for your support. I would certainly not hesitate to take cover with them again.
